Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for your order to ship out. Our average shipping times are 4-15 business days excluding holidays.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 15 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include full name, address and order number in the returned parcels.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. 

I entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong simply notify us via email at Support@TheGlamLabco.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
The average shipping time is 4-15 business days.  Due to COVID-19 Shipping Times May Be DELAYED. We are doing our best to have our apparel arrive to our customers in a timely fashion. We do ask that you allow a complete 21 day including processing time to receive your order. We promise it will be worth it.  

After my order is placed, can I change my shipping address due to COVID-19? As soon as you place your order, we start working on it right away. Unfortunately, we can't make changes to an order once it's placed. In limited circumstances with specific carriers, we can request a package intercept. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

I have an order impacted by government restrictions. What do I do ? For addresses impacted by government restrictions, our carriers will hold your order at one of their facilities until they are able to deliver your items. Your health and well-being are our highest priority during this challenging time and we apologize for the unexpected delay.
